Bright neon bases on transparent foundation. It can be used both as a coat for leveling and strengthening natural nails or as a base color enchancer. The Base can be used with any color gel paint coats.
It is easy and quick levelled. It is removed mechanically. It is recommended to use a thin underlay before applying the base.
