The Primer bonds the polish to the nail and provides a perfect chip-free manicure lasting up to 3 weeks. It is recommended to use Primer in a thin layer as an underlay.
It shouldn't be used on damaged or over filed nails.
The Primer is beginner frinedly: it has a medium viscosity, self-levels, spreads and smoothes well, doesn't leak when applied. It is UV and LED curable (1-2 minutes).
