How do I place an order on the website?

To place an order, go to the “Catalog” section. Select the section of interest and, if necessary, its subsection. Familiarize yourself with the product card (characteristics, prices, etc.). Click the “Cart” button with the required quantity. Go to other sections of the catalog to select other products.

After compiling a complete order by adding each item to the cart, click on the “Checkout” button in the “Shopping Cart” block on the right. Carefully and completely fill in the data required for checkout and delivery.

After placing an order, a manager will contact you via WhatsApp, clarify the necessary details and send you a QR code or link for payment.
Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Within a day or two, in case of heavy workload, a manager will contact you to confirm your order.
How do I pay for the product?
After placing your order, our team will contact you on WhatsApp within 30 minutes.
We will share a payment link or QR code and help you choose a convenient payment method (UPI, Paytm, PhonePe etc.).
You can complete the payment online or choose Cash on Delivery (COD via NimbusPost).
Your order will be confirmed and shipped after payment.
Shipping
We offer multiple delivery options:- Standard delivery across India. We ship via trusted courier partners: Xpressbees, Delhivery, Ekart, and NimbusPost. Delivery coat - Rs150.
- NimbusPost — Rs 150. Cash on Delivery available or prepaid.
- Orders are shipped within 3 working days.
- How much does shipping cost? There is a delivery charge. The cost is Rs 150 across India. The cost may vary depending on the volume of the order. A manager will tell you the exact amount when he contacts you on WhatsApp.
- How long does a parcel take? Delivery time depends on many factors: remoteness of the destination, delivery method, tariff, etc. Our manager will help you to calculate the estimated time. Our office is located in Delhi.
